- Retrieve My Password - emails your password to you
- Frequently Asked Questions - find many answers here
The links in the left menu provide many of the services you may need:
- My Account - change your email address or password, subscribe to or unsubscribe from the Updates mailing list, change the appearance of your search results display, sign up for or discontinue the Matching Service
- My Previous Orders - see a list of your past orders, look at each order individually, email a copy of an order to yourself, or request a single email with all your past orders in it
- My Matches - see a list of records you have viewed that have also been viewed by another participant in the Matching Service, and email that other person
If you recently purchased credits and they do not show up immediately in your account, click the Update Credit Count button in the upper right corner, just under your username.

Please read the relevant pages on the site before contacting us, especially the Frequent Asked Questions page, as there is a good chance your question has already been answered. If you have questions about censuses, you may find the answer on the Census Info page, or you may find the answer to your question about Parish Records on our Parish Records page. We also provide a list of which towns are in which Districts, and Coming Attractions, a list of the areas we plan to cover soon.: All technical and customer support is handled by Holly Cochran and is provided by email only.
